TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- EXPIRATION OF PERFUMER’S CLUB MEMBERSHIP:
All Perfumer’s Club Memberships expire after 1 year from date of issue.
- RENEWAL OF PERFUMER’S CLUB MEMBERSHIP:
Renewal Fee of 250 points or Php 250.00 cash payment is required.
Old Perfumer’s Club Membership card will be surrendered and new card will be issued.
Records & rebates will be migrated to the new account number.
- REPLACEMENT OF LOST CARD:
A fee of P250 is required to replace lost Perfumer’s Club Membership card.
(1) valid ID is also required before replacement of card. Client with lost card shall be assigned a new account number and records shall be
mitigated to new account number.
- OTHERS:
- Only current and active Perfumer’s Club Members shall be covered by these benefits and conditions.
- Eligibility to earn points shall be limited to two (2) transactions per day.
- Management reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions of membership without any prior notice.
